Returns & Exchanges

At West The Label we understand that sometimes items need to returned or exchanged. All we ask is that the items need to be returned within 10 days of receiving for an exchange or refund. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted.

Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unworn items must be returned in original packaging. Please make sure you are not wearing any makeup, moisturiser, fake tan etc when trying on swimwear or beach wear as we can’t accept any items back that have marks or stains on them. They will be returned straight back to you.

All sale and offer items are not eligible for refunds.

Once your refund has been approved, it will be refunded via your original payment method.

We take no responsibility for return shipping costs or missing returns, therefore we ask for returns to be sent by a traceable service. 

For any exchanges please send back the item you wish to return and re order the new size on our website.

Returns are processed with 7- 10 days.
